24 inch Murray cast concrete farmhouse sink in Vintage Brown

Concrete Sinks: Styles, Drains, Faucets & Care

Short answer: A concrete sink is cast from concrete, so color and markings differ from sink to sink. We carry 172 from Magnus Home Products: 146 vessel, 16 wall-mount and 10 farmhouse. Every listing says the surface is sealed and has no overflow, and many need a wall-mount or tall vessel faucet.

Three styles

Style Listings Example
Vessel 146 Small Lisman oval: 16 5/8" x 13 1/2" x 5 5/8"
Wall-mount 16 Winkler rectangular
Farmhouse 10 24" Murray: 23 3/4" x 15" x 7 7/8"

Shop every one on Concrete Sinks. The farmhouse models come in 24" and 30" widths. For kitchen sizing, see our kitchen sink buying guide.

Color: expect variation

Most titles name Grey or Vintage Brown, and there are also White, Black and Cream. Listings say color, shade and markings vary from sink to sink. The Murray listing also notes that each piece cures individually, so what you receive won't match the photo exactly.

Drain and overflow

  • No overflow: every listing says so. Choose a drain without an overflow opening.
  • Drain: most listings say the drain isn't included and the sink takes a standard 1 1/2 inch drain.

Faucets

Many listings show no faucet drilling, and some say you must use a wall-mount faucet or a vessel faucet taller than the sink. Choose the faucet with the sink, and check its reach and height against the listing. See vessel sink installation.

Care

Listings say the surface is sealed, but they don't give care directions. Ask us before you use a new cleaner.

Before you order

  • Check the overall size and the rim thickness against your counter or cabinet. The 24" Murray lists a 1 inch front and side rim and a 1 5/8 inch back rim.
  • Have your installer confirm support, especially for wall-mount models.
  • Check each listing for how it ships, and plan for delivery.
