Order Processing:
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped with full tracking. Items ship directly from the manufacturer or its distribution center using carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx, or by freight truck for larger items. All of these warehouses are in the United States; nothing ships from our Newark, DE office. Processing times can vary by brand; see below for exceptions.
Processing Time Exceptions:
Atlantis Whirlpool bathtubs are made to order and ship in approximately 2-3 weeks. Meditub bathtubs are made to order and ship in approximately 2 weeks. Afina medicine cabinets and mirrors ship in approximately 5 business days. Delivery takes 3-8 business days after shipment.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send tracking information to the email address you provided within 24 hours of your order shipping. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@bathsupplypros.com.
We ship within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.); we don't ship to Canada or other countries. For Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether the item can ship to you and what the shipping would cost. Checkout shows whether an item can ship to your address before you pay. We can't ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days after its estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@bathsupplypros.com or (855) 640-2284 or (862) 420-9805. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.
Changing Address:
If the order has processed or shipped and you'd like to change your address, we will do our best to accommodate for this change. Please expect delays for all address changes. However, if the freight carrier charges an additional fee because of this change, that fee is paid by the customer. We'll tell you the amount before we make the change.
Shipping Times:
All shipping times are estimates and should not be taken as a guarantee. We make sure our vendors know of new orders to get orders shipped out as soon as possible. You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships (custom and made-to-order items excepted; see our Refund Policy). Once an order has shipped, a cancellation is handled as a return under our Refund Policy. If you have any concerns about a delayed shipment, please contact us first at support@bathsupplypros.com so we can help resolve the issue before any dispute is filed. Chargebacks filed in bad faith or without first contacting us will be disputed with our documentation of the order and shipment.
Most orders will ship out within 3-5 Business Days. Once the order ships, it will take between 3-8 Business Days to get delivered. (Estimated Delivery 6-13 Business Days)

Shipping Options:
Curbside Delivery (standard): Free on orders of $1,500+. Large items such as bathtubs and some vanities ship by freight truck; the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment, and the item is unloaded at the curb. Please inspect a freight delivery before you sign for it; see "Damaged or Incorrect Items" in our Refund Policy for what to do if anything is damaged or missing.

Free shipping on orders of $1,500+. Rates depend on the brand, and the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Anzzi, Atlantis Whirlpool, Geberit, Jensen, K-Plunge, Magnus Home Products, Meditub, SaunaSpa, SteamSpa, TOTO and Trone: free shipping on every order, any size.
Bemis, Nantucket Sinks, Symmons, Whitehaus Collection, and Kube Bath faucets, shower systems, shower parts, drains and bath accessories: free shipping on orders of $499 or more. Under $499, a flat $11.99.
Afina, Altair, Ancerre Designs, Cutler, Laviva, Lexora, Moreno Bath, Timberline, Vinnova, Water Creation, and Kube Bath vanities, bathtubs, linen cabinets and sink consoles: free shipping on orders of $1,500 or more. Under that, $49.95 up to $500, and $99.95 from $500.01 to $1,499.99.
Kube Bath faucets and shower systems can't be shipped to California.
