In-Stock Items

If your item is in stock, it will typically ship within 3-5 business days after your payment has been processed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including manufacturer production issues, inventory shortages, carrier delays, or seasonal demand. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible with the latest available information.

Made-to-Order & Special-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order, custom-built, or shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items may require additional production time before shipping.

Estimated lead times are displayed on each product page whenever available. Lead times can vary by manufacturer and product type and may range from 2 to 10 weeks or longer for certain custom items.

Please review the estimated lead time carefully before placing your order. Once your item ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
