Size: Meditub has more ways to fit

If you're replacing a shower stall or working in a tight room, size usually decides this. Meditub's 27 x 39 and 32 x 37 models have the shortest lengths, and its 30 x 60, 32 x 60 and 36 x 60 models fit 60-inch spaces.

The Anzzi 2753 models measure 52.5" L x 26.5" W x 40" H, and the 2753WILWD includes a 7-inch extension kit for 60-inch retrofit installations. See every size in Walk-In Tubs.

Therapy: choose one, or get them all

Meditub lets you choose a soaking tub with no jets, an air jet tub, a whirlpool tub or a combination model.

Anzzi puts it all in one tub. The 2753WI models list 12 whirlpool jets and 18 air jets, and the 2753FL models list 10 whirlpool jets and 18 air jets. All 5 listings add aromatherapy and chromatherapy.

Getting in and out

Most Meditub listings that give the number show a 6-inch threshold and a 17-inch seat. The 32 x 37 models list a 3.5-inch threshold and a 15-inch seat. Wheelchair access models list a 15-inch threshold and a 21-inch seat. Anzzi's listings describe a low threshold without giving a number, so ask us before you order if that measurement matters.

Anzzi's wheelchair access model is the 2953WCLWD MediSpa. Check the door direction on any walk-in tub. An inward door swings into the tub, and an outward door needs clear floor space.

What to check before you order

  • Faucet: if your Meditub listing says the faucet is sold separately, add it to your plans.
  • Drain side: match it to your existing plumbing.
  • Power: jetted models need electrical work, so check the listing and ask your electrician. The Anzzi 2753WILWD lists 110 volts and 2,800 watts.
  • Timing: ask us about current availability before you schedule your installer.

Which one should you choose?

  • Choose Meditub if you need a specific size, want a soaking-only tub, or want only one type of jet.
  • Choose Anzzi if you fit its footprint and want every feature and the faucet in one tub.

How we counted: figures come from our live listings on October 30, 2026. Details vary by model, so check the listing before you order.
