Lexora Lancy bathroom vanity

Lexora Lancy Vanity Size Guide: 24" to 72" Compared

The Lexora Lancy is one of our most popular vanity lines, and it comes in six widths that share the same Rustic Acacia finish and Brushed Nickel hardware — which makes them easy to mix up if you're comparing by name alone. The real differences come down to three things: single vs. double sink, drawer count, and price. Here's exactly how the six sizes compare.

Lancy Size Comparison

Width Sinks Drawers Mirror Option Starting Price
24 in. 1 1 (concealed) 18 in. $625
30 in. 1 1 (concealed) 28 in. $725
36 in. 1 1 (concealed) 28 in. $799
48 in. 1 3 (1 concealed, 2 spacious) 43 in. $1,149
60 in. 2 2 (1 concealed, 1 spacious) 55 in. $1,299
72 in. 2 2 (1 concealed, 1 spacious) 70 in. $1,399

Single vs. Double Sink: Where the Line Falls

The Lancy switches from single to double sink at 60 in. — the 48 in. model is still single-sink despite being noticeably wider than the 36 in., which surprises some buyers. If two people need to use the vanity at once, you need the 60 in. or 72 in. model; the 48 in. just gives a single sink more counter space, not a second basin. See our single vs. double sink vanity guide for help deciding which fits your household.

Why the 48 in. Has More Drawers Than the 60 in.

This is the detail that trips people up most: the 48 in. single-sink model actually has three drawers, while the larger 60 in. and 72 in. double-sink models have two. That's because the double-sink versions dedicate more of the cabinet width to plumbing for two basins, leaving less room for drawer boxes. If storage matters more to you than a second sink, the 48 in. is worth a close look even though it's narrower than the 60 in.

Choosing by Budget

  • Under $800: 24 in., 30 in., or 36 in. — all single-sink, single-drawer, ideal for powder rooms or smaller guest baths.
  • $1,100–$1,400: 48 in. (extra storage, still single-sink) or 60 in./72 in. (double-sink, primary bath scale).

All six sizes are available with a White Quartz or Cultured Marble countertop and an optional single-hole faucet in Brushed Nickel, Chrome, Gun Metal, or Rose Gold at no price difference.
