The faucet hole or holes are pre-drilled. It has a pre-drilled overflow. It measures 24 3/8 in. long, 18 1/8 in. front to back and 32 5/8 in. high overall, within 1/2 in. either way. Inside, it measures 17 3/4 in. long and 10 5/8 in. front to back (plus or minus 1/2 in.). It gives 4 1/8 in. of water depth to the overflow. A faucet is not included. Mounting hardware is included. Wood blocking is required. The drain is not included, and a standard 1 1/2 in. drain fits. Magnus also notes 1 3/8 in. faucet hole(s).
