Want a showerhead and a hand shower run from one valve? The Symmons Origins shower system trim, model S9608PLR15TRM, is the visible part of the system, in Polished Chrome.
This listing is the trim only. The valve body in the wall is sold separately. Symmons names the Temptrol valve body S262BODY for this trim, or S262XBODY where service stops are required. The valve also comes with the Rapid Install mounting bracket as model S262BRBODY. A tub spout is not included.
The trim has a single mode showerhead with a shower arm, a single mode hand shower on a 60 in. flexible metal hose and a 36 in. slide bar for mounting the hand shower. The lever handle on the valve cover plate sets the water temperature, following the hot and cold indicators. A second lever works as a diverter and switches the water from the showerhead to the hand shower. The showerhead flows at 1.5 gallons per minute (5.7 L/min).
