I love it! Strong flush and answers commands well!!

I LOVE this toilet. It is such a God-send for older people! It’s better than the ‘walk-in’ tub. Now, to train my husband how to use it!!

Been about a week and so far I love everything about it strong flush and setup instructions are good only part that was a little scary is when you have to separate the seat from the actual bowl felt like it was going to break but it didn’t. Will update if I find any issue later on.

So far it has been hit or miss with the vocal
Commands and toilet set up. I think I will love it. Right now we have a learning curve. Sometimes the voice commands work and sometimes they don’t. I can’t seem to get the settings to stay between uses and then have to adjust in real time. The wash features are fantastic. The dryer could be a bit more powerful but some enjoy the extra time to scroll on their phones. I do love the look and the heated seat. I know we will become long time friends the more I can visit my Envo.

So far we love it!! Easy install, quick delivery, awesome!!!

Great toilet!
Remote could be more intuitive and app would be better of just foe tge toilet and not a generic "smart home" app.
Be sure to look at directions before install and go in order!
(Otherwise, tightening those bolts down from behind is difficult! Tightening them down with seat off, very easy! You have options.)
Overall a great buy.

Just bought this Beautiful bidet product last month.

Very nice price point, with very nice features. To activate, should come up with a simpler name. My accent makes it difficult for me to pronounce Envoy correctly.

The product is very futuristic and modern, love it!

So far so good! My only gripe is the water sprays a little too far forward.

Make sure you know if your water supply is big enough or if you are willing to replace it. I only have a half in line and you should have a 3/4in. We decided to keep it and hope for good flushes instead of returning it and paying the restocking fee. This wasn’t stated in the specs when I purchased it. My only complaint about the set up is the hose that came with the toilet is super thick and hard to bend, I was not able to find something similar at the hardware store. I hope this won’t be in issue in the future

I love all of the automatic features and that feeling a being extra clean and refreshed.

How did we ever live without warm toilet seat. Works perfect. My handicapped daughter is better able to be cleaner. Is so nice one night I said good night toilrt

Great bidet. Does as described. Haven't had a chance to work with customer service because I encountered no issues but I hope if I have any issues, they will take care of me.

I love this thing, but my waterline is not large enough so the flush is lackluster, Be sure to check the manual carefully before buying. You need a water line that can supply something like 1 Gal per 10 secs. Even though my line isn't big enough, it still works decently. I love how you can have a whole bathroom event without having to touch anything. I might even put a second one in the house!
