Great door, semi great instructions

This is the second of these shower doors I have purchased uninstalled. I really like the finished product, but the instructions could be a little clearer. In particular, the door and fixed panel are nearly identical, except for the location of two mounting holes and it’s easy to get them confused. The instructions don’t call out that dimensional difference very clearly and it’s important that you get it right. The only other issue I’ve had is installing this into a prefab shower unit, it was hard to gauge where the door should go relative to the front face of the wall panels. As a result, the reinforcement we built into the walls behind the shower, could’ve been better. I understand these are used in a variety of applications on their instructions. Can’t accommodate every situation but the details for the required framing could be clearer

I also had a great experience with their technical support line when one of these units had an installation problem. Although the wait time was long, the customer service reps were excellent.
