The 28" Wamper puts a well-made vitreous china bowl on a durable powdercoated steel frame and leaves the space beneath open, with a shelf 6 3/4" from the floor for the things a cabinet would hide. The basin holds 2" of water to the overflow. A console that looks considered rather than temporary.
