Shipping depends on the brand, and each product page shows that item's shipping rate. Some brands ship free on every order, some items ship free on orders of $499 or more with a flat $11.99 under $499, and the rest ship free on orders of $1,500 or more. Checkout always shows the exact shipping cost before you pay, and our Shipping Policy lists every brand.

Large items such as bathtubs and some vanities ship by freight truck. The carrier calls you to schedule a delivery appointment, and the item is unloaded at the curb. Delivery to your door or garage, into the room you choose, or White Glove delivery with unpacking is available by quote; contact us with the product and your ZIP code before your order ships.

Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days and arrive 3 to 8 business days after they ship, with tracking emailed to you. Made-to-order items take longer: Atlantis Whirlpool tubs ship in about 2 to 3 weeks and Meditub tubs in about 2 weeks. All times are estimates and can vary by brand.

We ship within the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. For Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm whether the item can ship to you and what it would cost. We don't ship to Canada or other countries, or to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in the original packaging; contact us first to arrange it. Returns carry a 25% restocking fee, or 50% for steam generators. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale, including Atlantis Whirlpool and Meditub tubs and tubs ordered with air jets or a drilled overflow. If your order shipped free, the shipping we paid is deducted from the refund.
