Bemis lists it for commercial applications. It fastens with the Stay·Tite® Commercial Fastening System™. The posts and pintles are 300-series stainless steel, and the check hinges stop the seat from going more than 11° beyond vertical. Bemis states that it fits most manufacturers' elongated toilets.
