Works great! All the features on the toilet are easy to use and understand. Comes with a small panel that can be installed next to the toilet to access all the features remotely.

I bought this from the manufacturer and we love it. When we walk up to it, the lid comes up and the seat automatically starts warming making it feel so comfortable. It flushes itself and cleans you and dries you, both, front and back. Can be adjusted for kids as well. The second lid opens for men or boys if they just step on up to it and place their right fit at the corner. It’s a must have plus it adds value to your home. Very easy to use. You got to go get you one!

Our 2 were install about 6 weeks ago and so far so good. Be prepared for possible plumbing modifications. We moved into a new built home and thought it would be a simple installation, but water lines had to be moved and the size increased to allow for the proper GPF for these toliets. About $1k more on the installations than we planned. Make sure you hire experience smart toliet installers. I sent our initial choice home because they were clueless.

As far as performance, thet are very similar to our Toto toliet in Japan.

I purchased this product earlier this month and was installed yesterday. I am trying to learn its features and how to use the remote. It looks a bit complicated to learn. I am still not comfortable using the remote or the auto features, as the installation is only one day old.

I made this purchase last month and I am happy that I did, however I have been trying to call the company for two weeks because I need technical help.

Good features, but makes strange noises sometimes that will take some time to get used to.

I've had it installed for a month, and all the applications are working except for one: the seat heater isn't functioning. I'm currently contacting the support department for instructions, but I've already adjusted the temperature and I can't get the seat to heat up. Everything else, however, is working perfectly.

This is the second purchase of this bidet for my home. We love them!
