If it arrives damaged or incomplete (tell us within 24 hours)

  4. Within 24 hours of delivery, email photos of the damage, the box, the shipping label and the signed delivery receipt, with a short description, to support@bathsupplypros.com.
  5. Keep the item and all its packaging until we tell you what to do. We'll file the freight claim for you and send a replacement or give you a full refund, including return shipping.
